Ed founded Financial Recruiters, LLC in 2002 and has made a
wide array of placements in various areas of financial
services. He began his career as a
credit analyst at Industrial Valley Bank in Philadelphia
before entering the brokerage business with Dean Witter in
1980. Ed was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers and
Managing Director at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Ed has been
General Partner of a hedge fund and is currently an
investment manager.

Mary Grace Andriani
Managing Director
Mary Grace brings various experience in accounting, real
estate and mortgages to financial recruiting. She has
developed key relationships necessary for placing brokers
and managers nationwide. Mary Grace majored in accounting at
Seton Hall University and received business certificates
from both the Stuart School of Business and the American
School of Business.

Steve Bender
Managing Director
Steve is a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a BS
degree in Government and started his career at Shearson
Lehman Brothers as a financial advisor in 1988. He went on
to CIBC and has worked in retail, mid market and
institutional sales at both Oppenheimer and Sanders Morris
Harris Group. Steve will search for opportunities with both
financial advisors and institutional brokers.
